You can cancel your Buscaroli Studio subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep full access to paid features until that date.
First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial paid charge by emailing info@buscarolistudio.com from the email address on the workspace owner account. After 14 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. This guarantee applies only to a workspace's first paid subscription and is voided by chargeback or abuse of the platform.
Beyond the 14-day window, we do not pro-rate or refund unused time when you cancel mid-cycle, downgrade, or remove team seats. You retain access until the period ends.
If a recurring charge fails, we'll retry per Stripe's standard schedule and notify the workspace owner by email. After repeated failures the workspace is downgraded to the free tier and paid features become unavailable until billing is restored. We do not delete data during this grace period.
Annual subscriptions, where offered, may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of renewal. Refund requests after 30 days are evaluated case-by-case and not guaranteed.
Disputed charges (chargebacks) cause an immediate suspension of the workspace and a permanent ban from the platform. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we resolve almost every billing concern without involving the card network.
